Program Management

Provide program support for the implementation and management of business continuity services offerings.

This includes:

  • Dedicated Business Continuity Management Consultants to lead, manage and coordinate all business continuity activities
  • Development of an annual and multi-year BCM strategy roadmap that includes identification of resilience improvements

  • one-on-one meetings with your stakeholders to compile a list of critical processes, key dependency information and times within which they need to be restored

Business Continuity Planning 

Create and maintain business recovery plan(s)

This includes:

  • Use of Sustainable Planner for data collection and reporting
  • Up to 10 departmental Business Continuity Plans that includes one-on-one meetings with your stakeholders to collect recovery and ancillary data
  • Actionable departmental Business Continuity Plans for each department
  • "Desk checks” to review the plan with the organization and departmental leaders
  • Review and updates to the plans in multi-year engagements

Business Continuity Exercise

A scenario-based workshop to test your stakeholders’ current state ability to implement their business continuity plans

  • Scenario-based tabletop workshop & associated materials
